What We Offer

Ceilings - most of our houses have 9 to 12 feet ceilings.

Plant Ledge - many rooms have plant ledges

Ceiling fans - All living areas (bedrooms, living room)

Cabinets - Custom cabinets Our cabinets are built for that house only. We do
not mass produce the cabinets. Our cabinets are built to last.

Cable / phone - All living areas have cable and phone outlets

Lighting - In the bedrooms the ceiling fans have lights, and most closets
have a light. We use resesed lighting through out the house. We offer many
options for your lighting needs.

Master bath - offers garden style tub with jucuzzi. Separate shower, and two
lavatories.

Closets - we offer many options to maximize our space for closets. Shoe
boxes, in most cases 3 different hanging rods.

Utility room - Ample cabinets and large area for folding cloths, and in many
cases a hanging rod is available.

Central Vacuum System - in many of our houses the house is plumbed ready for
a central vacuum system.

Flooring - We offer many varieties of flooring choices. Carpet, tile, stained
concrete, wood, laminate,
